195.دريغ است ايران كه ويران شود! (فردوسي)
خبري هولناك! فاجعه اي فرهنگي!
خبرها و گزارش ها همه، مانند آنچه ديروز در درآمد ِ شماره ي ِ 194 آوردم، فرخنده و غرورانگيز و شادي بخش نيستند. هنوز از كابوس تباهي ي ِ يادمان هاي كهن ِ پاسارگاد رهايي نيافته ايم كه امروز با دريغ و اندوه فراوان خبررسيد كه در روزهاي اخير انفجاري عظيم وابسته به كارهاي ساختماني ي شركت پتروشيمي ي ايران در نزديكي ي صخره ي ِ بَغِستان (/بيستون)
انگيزه ي لرزش شديدي در آن ناحيه شده است. هرچند تاكنون گزارش ِ روشنگري از چگونگي و دامنه ي اين انفجار در دسترس نيست، مي توان گمانه زني كرد كه در كنار يكي از بزرگترين يادمان هاي فرهنگ باستاني ِ ايرانيان چه رخ داده است و چنين انفجاري، چه پيامد اسف انگيز و جبران ناپذيري مي تواند داشته باشد.
انگيزه ي لرزش شديدي در آن ناحيه شده است. هرچند تاكنون گزارش ِ روشنگري از چگونگي و دامنه ي اين انفجار در دسترس نيست، مي توان گمانه زني كرد كه در كنار يكي از بزرگترين يادمان هاي فرهنگ باستاني ِ ايرانيان چه رخ داده است و چنين انفجاري، چه پيامد اسف انگيز و جبران ناپذيري مي تواند داشته باشد.*
صخره ي بَغِستان در نزديكي ي كرمانشاه كه از بيش از دوهزار و پانصد سال پيش از اين، سنگنوشته ي داريوش بزرگ را بر سينه ي خود به يادگار نگاه داشته، در حكم ِ يك سند ِ بزرگ ِ تاريخي و فرهنگي ي ملّي ي ِ ماست و هرگونه كوشش و كُنِشي كه براي پاسداري از اين مرده ريگ ارجمند باستاني به كار رود، سزاوار و درخور آفرين و ستايش است. امّا دريغ و درد كه به جاي چنين كوششهاي شايسته و خويشكارانه اي از سوي نهادهاي وابسته به ميراث فرهنگي، اكنون گزارش از بي پروايي ي نابخشودني ي دست اندر - كاران در زمينه ي نگاهباني از اين گنج شايگان مي رسد و موي بر اندام هر ايراني ي دل بسته به مهر ايران راست مي كند. اين بانگ دلسوزانه و دردمندانه ي فردوسي ي بزرگ است كه در چهارگوشه ي جهان طنين افكن شده:

گزارشي كه در پايان اين درآمد خواهد آمد و به حقّ عنوان فاجعه ي فرهنگي بر آن نهاده اند، امروز از سوي گروه پژوهشهاي ايران باستان (سنتر آو اِنشِنت ايرينيَن سْتَديز) در لندن به اين دفتر رسيده است كه براي آگاهي ي خوانندگان ِ اين صفحه از چگونگي ي رويداد، درج مي كنم. ج. د.

Explosion Rocks Bistun

A powerful explosion caused by road building operations near a petrochemical plant strongly shook the historical site of Bistun (Bisotoun) causing concerns about the safety of ancient inscriptions at the site, reported CHN.
An expert of Iran’s Cultural Heritage and Tourism Organization, Shokoufeh Mehdi-Abadi said that at 10 a.m. on Saturday, a relatively strong explosion shook the entire historical site of Bistun causing the movement of gravels at the inscription of Farhad, who dug the mountain, to reach his lover princess Shirin, from the Sassanid dynasty.
“The tremor was so strong that smoke and dust covered the entire site for at least 10 minutes,“ she said.
The same event happened sometime ago when representatives of International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) were visiting Bistun.
They thought that a military exercise was underway in the area, but, the explosion was part of operations undertaken by the Petrochemical Company.
A police officer in the area Saeed Cheraghi told CHN that the explosions were related to road building operations by Petrochemical Company. He said that the company, along with Nasr University Islamic Jahaad, had obtained a permission to build an access road between the factory and the main road.
“They came across a large boulder on the way and detonated explosives to blast the rock and continue the road building operation.“
ICHTO has applied with UNESCO to register eight sites including Bistun and Soltaniyeh near Zanjan as global cultural heritage sites.
Bistun is located 30 km northeast of Kermanshah. There are several reliefs and inscriptions including the inscription of Darius the Great of Achaemenid dynasty, another relief dating back to the Arsacid dynasty and a Post-Achaemenid Statue of Hercules and a large slate called Farhad Terrace from the Sassanid period.
